My name is Natalie Pender, and I am the proud owner of Your Way to the World.

My passion for travel began in college, when I had the opportunity to study in Italy and immerse myself in a new culture for the first time. I went on to work for Celebrity Cruises as a member of the activities staff and met colleagues and guests from all over the world, further solidifying my love for exploring new places, languages, and cultures.

After several years learning about and growing within the travel industry, I convinced my husband, Corey, to move to New Zealand with me for 7 months on a working holiday and spend the rest of that year traveling the world and working along the way.

Throughout the years, I have come to realize that what makes each trip so special are the stories, memories, and experiences that can only truly be understood amongst traveling partners -- whether they are loved ones or friends you've made along the way.

After noticing how many hard-earned vacation days go to waste, I started this business with the intention of making travel more accessible for busy families and hardworking professionals who don't have the time or energy to spend researching destinations and planning safe, organized vacations.

Traveling inspires us to open our eyes and change the way we perceive the world. I couldn't be more thrilled to share my passion with you!

I am also excited to introduce the newest member of my team, Katie Carney-DeBord (Silverstein)! Katie has been with Your Way to the World since August, 2022.

I have been lucky enough to grow up traveling and seeing many different parts of the world. The part of travel that intrigues me the most is learning and experiencing all the different cultures and experiences. Plus, I love a good airport lounge!
